This trailer is roomy enough to file a 4 seater rzr but also sleeps 8-10. Comes with an indoor and an outdoor shower, pump station, and 2 propane tanks. Water heater works great as well as the air conditioner and heater! We have an extra mattress that you can use to sleep outside, or even on the roof on youre brave/sober enough! We provide an outdoor rug, 4 lawn chairs and a grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, silverware and plastic dishes. Also includes coffee maker, toaster and a nutribullet blender. We have sheets, pillows and blankets for all the beds, but feel free to bring your own if you usually like extras! The dinette turns into a bed, and the bottom bunk also turns into a couch!
