Plenty of kitchen space and a residential refrigerator the living room has a 50" tv and a 4 seat recliner sofa. this unit also has access through a sliding glass door to a side patio with an outdoor the rear has a happy jack bunk system that has 2 queen size bunk beds the can be put up and out of the way or set up to enjoy a meal at the kitchen table. The bunk area also has a tv and a 1/2 bath. and the kids favorite the loft
