This is a 2018 Keystone Passport Ultra-Lite, Bunk House Style Camper.
{WINTER RENTALS, with temperatures dropping below freezing, will not have water available in the freshwater tank. Renter will bring their own water and can use the sink and toilet}

*There is absolutely NO SMOKING permitted in this camper*
+++The awning is NOT covered by insurance. Therefore, we do not permit usage of the awning+++
+++We do send you with a POP-UP awning that is included in the rental cost+++
WE PROVIDE:
Disposable plates, bowls, knives, forks, and spoons
Cold liquids drinking cups
Hot liquids drinking cups
Bed sheets (only fitted bottom sheet)
Small garbage can in the main area (will hold grocery plastic bags)
Small garbage can in the bathroom (for ladies sanitary items, etc.)
Grocery bags for the small garbage cans
A large folding garbage can and bags for outside of the camper
Toilet Paper
Dish Soap.. for your hands since you'll be throwing away your dishes!
Kitchen Towel
Sponge
Lysol Disinfectant & a washcloth
ONE roll of paper towels
GPS tracking system
12 cup Coffee Pot (plugin) with filters
A small "camping set" of pots and pans
Spatula, cooking spoons, & scissors (You bring knives!)
YOU PROVIDE:
All of your other necessities, pillows, blankets, towels, etc.
YOU MUST USE LIQUID SHOWER SOAP in the shower.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE IS REQUIRED @ $15 a day
If you have any issues this will take care of you
We do not want you to get stuck anywhere
*No Roadside Assistance is necessary for delivery and pick up*
2 GENERATORS AVAILABLE
We have 2, 3500 Watt generators that are joined for a combined 7000 Watts of power.
Enough to run everything at once in the camper.
A fee of $50 applies
You provide the gasoline to run the generators.
USAGE IS UNLIMITED
UPON RETURN:
*Camper should be returned in the condition in which it went out. We expect normal wear and tear.
-HOWEVER, if the camper is returned very, very dirty there is a $100 cleaning fee (taken from your security deposit)
You do not need to refill the water in the camper OR the propane tanks
*You can choose to empty the BLACK WATER TANK (and Gray) on a shorter rental (up to 5 days.)
For longer rentals beyond 5 days, you will most likely need to empty the tanks as it may fill up.
You don't want to have to smell that, trust us! We charge $10 to dump for you.
