This is a beautiful fifth wheel trailer with all the amenities. It allows renters to enjoy the outdoors but also have a comfortable place to retreat to. This Toy Hauler has a 12ft garage that is separate from the main living area. The garage features 2 hydraulic bunk beds, the lower bed converts into a table. There is a washer dryer combo in the garage. The ramp door also folds down into a patio covered by an awning. The trailer comes fully equipped with two 10 gallon propane tanks, 112 gallons of fresh water storage, two 40 gallon grey tanks and a 40 gallon black tank. There are 3 slides on the trailer 2 in the main living area and one in the bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed and giant closet. This is one of the most spacious bedrooms I have seen on a trailer. There is a smart TV in the bedroom that can be hooked up to the optional inverter ($25), this allows the TV to be run without the generator. We often hook up the TV and a tower fan and run them all night on just the battery. There are 3 AC units on the trailer but only 2 can be running at a time. One directly over the bedroom, one for the main living area, and one in the garage. These are fully capable of keeping the trailer at a comfortable temperature. The main living area features a huge double fridge and freezer, microwave, oven/stove and plenty of cabinets for storage. We also have a Keurig coffee maker and ice machine. There is a smart TV in the main living area with a triple reclining couch. Although this as listed as sleeping 7 people comfortably, there is plenty of room for up to 10 people if needed. Outside of the trailer you have 3 awnings, 2 over the side and one over the patio in the back. A radio in the garage can be played over indoor and outdoor speakers. There is a 20 gallon fuel tank for the generator and 20 gallon fuel tank with pump for toys or refilling the generator.
