Forest River Georgetown GT5 36B5. Rear has full master bedroom with private master bath and king bed. Unit has 2 bunk beds with private LCD TVs for kids, hall bath, 4 person dinette & pull out couch. Unit features all hard-surface flooring, solid surface countertops, full size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and 5 LCD TVs. TVs located in kitchen area, bunks, master bedroom and outdoor tv. Other features include auto level, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, awning, and full interior audio. Brand new and beautiful!
Terms and Conditions:
We provide the following with the rental:
Linens & towels for 4 people. Pillows available upon request but not stocked by default
Cooking utensils including pots/pans/plates/glass wear
BBQ grill with propane (attaches to RV tank), outdoor table & 4 outdoor chairs
Toilet paper (must use RV toilet paper!), paper towels & napkins
We hope that you remember this our personal RV, we enjoy it with our friends & family in addition to renting it out via the site. Please treat it as your own! (As long as you treat your own stuff well!! :)
Pick up time is anytime after 11:00 AM. Please return the RV by 1:00 PM. Other arrangements can be made, but must be coordinated and agreed upon prior to pick-up or return. Additional fees may apply.
Please return RV as picked up, fill gas tank, and empty gray/black tanks. You dont need to fill propane tank, unless more than average use.
If you elect to clean it yourself, please complete the following:
Sweep/vacuum/mop all floors
Clean/wipe bathrooms, including toilets & sinks
Clean/wipe kitchen and table
Wipe down front cab for dust & debri
Clean any excess mud, dirt etc from exterior.
Remove all towels & lines, form a pile on master bed
Remove left over food/drinks etc..
