Terrible experience. We paid for insurance and never had any assistance. We had a flat tire, we spent all night calling, we couldn't sleep the night before traveling back, it was very stressful and no one responded. Not only was the experience horrible, but they charged us a surcharge to fix the flat tire and other extra charges after. No one took responsibility for the bad time, the lack of assistance, or the cost of the lack of insurance. I would not do it again and much less recommend it.
