If your looking for great livable space in a super lightweight trailer then look no further! The layout in this trailer is incredible and creates great space inside even without a slide out.

The unique Murphy bed storage for the queen size bed is so amazing....and has a VERY comfortable memory foam mattress, not your typical "trailer" mattress that leaves you tossing and turning all night. With the bed out of the way you have a great leather couch to hang out during the day with extra storage underneath.

The kitchen has amazing countertop space with a HUGE stainless steel sink! You have all the amenities needed including microwave, 3 burner stove top, oven and full size refrigerator. Kitchen comes fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, toaster and coffee maker.

The primary bed is a Queen Murphy Bed. The dinnette converts to a double bed, The full size bunk beds in the back are big enough for two people each and have a light and USB chargers.

Bathroom has a full size, large shower with a tub. There are plenty of cabinets all throughout the trailer so bring all the fun things along! Large flat screen TV, bluetooth stereo, and USB chargers throughout which really comes in handy when you are dry camping!

Outside you have a tiny propane stove top and mini fridge. Enjoy a cold drink and cook up something yummy, all while hanging out under the 15 foot automatic awning. This trailer has it all so pack those bags and go explore!

Use on dirt roads is very limited.. Burning Man and similar events are off limits.
** Absolutely NO smoking is permitted of any kind, including vaping, in this unit. If ANY smoke smell is detected at the conclusion of the rental a fee will be collected to pay for cleaning and ozone treatment.
** This unit IS approved for special events such Country Thunder, NASCAR and more. We do allow travel to Glamis/The Dunes. Please ask for details and availability. Special rates apply.

NOTE: OFF ROAD USE is Extremely Limited. If you intend to take this trailer down dirt roads - forest service roads and such, you must 1st gain approval from the rental agency to do so.
