This Jayco just purchased. It is immaculate. You will be the first ones to use it. It is in perfect condition. It sleeps up to 10. Any newer V8 truck can tow it. Immaculate inside and outside. Easy to operate and kept in perfect condition. Smart TV needs Wifi. Bunk beds for the kids.

Must have electronic brake controller and also purchase insurance! It is a great trailer for a weekend getaway for your family.

Bunk house with a slide out dinette, 1 queen matress up front with a privacy curtain, 2 stacked bunks in the back, dinette collapses to a bed, will comfortably sleep 1 adult or 2 children.

Gas stove with 3 burners. small fridge that runs off gas or electric. Large sink. Shower and toilet with sink in the bathroom. Lots of storage.
40 gallon potable water tank, 40 gallon of both grey and black holding tanks.

Optional generator for you off grid enthusiasts ($30 a day fee)

I grew up watching MacGyver, I walked every isle at harbor freight and bought everything that I thought could be needed for a travel trailer. Here is the additional items that will be located inside a large rubber container in the storage area.

12. Two led flashlights (1) red (1) blue
13. 250l collapsible Lantern
13. 1/5 50ft paracord (550 cord)
14. Multi use transfer pump. (Syphon hose)
15. Retractable utility knife
16. Outlet strip multiplier X4
17. 1/2 pound of rubber bands
18. 1-7 8X roll of duct tape
19. 200L portable light switch
20. 5/8 wrench bottle opener
21. 100 black zip ties
22. 4 in 1 Screwdriver

I practice the honor rule. Use these items if you need them but please dont loose them or take them home. Place them back inside the storage container when you are done. Small items such as zip ties, rubber bands, duct tape, 550 cord, epoxy, and work towels, might be disposed of after they are used.

The remaining items such as batteries, extension cord, portable inverter, tie downs, flashlight, lantern, extension cord, utility knife, outlet multiplier, portable light switch, 5/8 bottle opener, screwdriver, rubber mallet, screwdriver set, needle nose pliers and groove joint pliers can be used but please return.

Delivery and Setup: GOOD NEWS! WE DELIVER! DELIVERY FEE WILL BE ADDED TO TOTAL COST ONCE DETERMINED!!! DELIVERY FEE WILL VARY depending on number of nights rented and distance of delivery. MINIMUM FEE IS $100 up to 10 miles and goes up from there. Normally will charge $3.50 per mile from Yucaipa to destination point. Please text me with your departure and return dates and destination and I will give you an accurate price for the delivery.

ATTENTION DRY CAMPERS: Please be advised that this trailer DOES NOT come equipped with a generator. If you would like a generator let me know in advance and I will provide one. Its is $30 a day and you pay for the gas.
