Roomy 24ft bunkhouse travel trailer. Sleeps 8-10, has a power awning, and leveling jacks. A generator is available (see add-ons) if you're not staying at a campground w/ RV hookups or have stops off the beaten path, to power the air conditioning as well as the home appliances. Only weighs in at 5400lbs empty and maxes out at 7000lbs. Perfect for taking a quick trip to Mission Bay and docking at an RV Park on the beach. Relaxation 101. The 7th Night is free.

Insurance: There are only (2) options for insurance coverage. You may be able to get a "binder" from you auto insurance company for the rented unit, or you can purchase insurance from us. Our policy offers full coverage for the RV with a $2500 deductible. There is an option on checkout to lower the deductible to $500 and eliminate downtime charges.

Standard Rental Period is pickup 1pm or after, drop off by 11am on the scheduled return day, cleaned, and propane filled. Lot hours are 9am-5pm M-Sa, Sunday returns only 2-4pm. Holiday, & Special Event rates may vary.

*GVWR of this unit is 7000 lbs. Renter is responsible for ensuring the this weight is not exceeded and that the tow vehicle is rated to tow a minimum of 7000 lbs.
