Delivery and set up available! 2021 Pioneer BH250. The dry weight is roughly 5000 pounds and just under 7000 pounds if you load it to the max. Vertical clearance required is 11 feet. This is a nice new clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a weekend or a few weeks!
Two 25 ft drinking water hoses, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Bring your own king size sheets for the bed or rent from us. Two 22 inch monitors with keyboard and mouse if you want to use the bunkhouse as an office. Two mattresses and bunk platform if you want to use the bunk beds. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. King bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total.
We just took this camper on an over 7000 mile road trip without any issues. We upgraded to a heavier load range tire so blowouts will be unlikely. this camper towed nicely through the rocky mountains and has plenty of space for your family and pups.
Outdoor grill and two standard burners are included.
If you are not comfortable towing use my delivery and setup services. If you plan on towing plan to use at least a half ton truck or full size SUV. You can use my weight distribution hitch and I will set up for you. If you plan on going out west to the rockies or driving through heavy wind like the great plains a 3/4 ton truck or suburban/excursion is recommended.

I would not say it is out of the question if you have a sufficient tow vehicle, but that would cost a fortune for me to come pick it up from that far away. It may be better to buy for a trip that long and sell when you get there.
