2021 toy hauler with a 22' garage. This unit was designed to accommodate all of the modern side x sides. The bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of hanging closet space, a HD Roku TV, an electric fireplace, & a dedicated AC unit. It has its own entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom has an oversized shower with large skylight. The vanity has extra countertop space, vanity storage, & a medicine cabinet. The kitchen has all stainless appliances and the largest gas/electric refrigerator available at 18.3 cubic feet. There is ample storage to keep the grocery stops to a minimum! It also has a large farm sink, microwave, and a 3 - burner cook top with oven. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for your trip: plates, bowls, cups, silverware, knives, utensils, & cookware. The main seating area has a 50" HD Roku TV on the curb side, two recliners with a removeable end table between them, and a couch with a removable table. There is a second HD Roku TV towards the rear seating area. The rear seating has a dining table and two rear couches. The couches fold in to make a bed and can raise up or fold flat against the outside walls to load your toys. Another queen bed lowers down from the ceiling. The RV has regular household outlets, 12 volt, and USB outlets throughout the unit to charge or power anything you need. There is an outside grill included with quick disconnect for easy use and an outside table. The unit also has a 40-gallon fuel station. This fuels the generator and can be used to keep the fun going with your toys. This unit has 2 AC units, two Maxx Air vent fans, and a gas furnace. We use the Anderson hitch. This allows any truck with a goose neck ball to tow the unit. Your tow vehicle needs to have a carrying capacity over 2900 lbs. You can find this number on your door sticker. The unloaded pin weight is 2650 lbs. Most 3/4 ton and 1-ton trucks with a gooseneck ball will work.
