Policies & Rental Guidelines

We enforce a minimum age of 25 for each lease holder. Furthermore, the lease holder must be staying in the unit.

All rentals are a two night minimum

Three night minimum rental enforced for holiday weekends.

Towing one of our units all drivers must be at least 25 years old.

When towing one of our units, you must provide proof of insurance that your liability extends to the unit in tow.

When towing one of our units, Van Ko Camper Rentals must approve the vehicle as well as the hitch setup. If either is inadequate when you come to pick up your unit, Van Ko Camper Rentals has the right to revoke your rental rights and keep the security deposit. If you are concerned about your vehicle and the hitch, please contact us to setup a time for us to inspect prior to the rental date. All tow vehicles must have a brake controller installed before the unit leaves.

Tenant is responsible for securing campsite. Please check with us on availability of camper before securing your site reservation. We are not responsible for your site fee should we not have a camper available for your stay.

All units have a guaranteed check-in time of after 4:00pm.

All units have a check-out time of 1:00pm. You may stay on your site until the mandatory 4:00pm check-out time enforced by the Army Corp of Engineers, however, your belongings must be removed from the camper and all cleaning must be completed by 1pm. This time is also enforced for any self-tow leases as well. Exceptions may be made in advance to the rental going out, but is not guaranteed.

Security deposit of $500 is due immediately upon signing a lease. Van Ko Camper Rentals does not consider a reservation secured until we receive the appropriate paperwork and funds from you.

No pets allowed - no exceptions

Total rental fee is due no later than one week (7 days) prior to the rental date. Failure to do so may result in a forfeit of your deposit and rental unit.
