2020 Pioneer BH 280

Take our beautiful 2020 Heartland Pioneer BH 280 on a vacation to remember!

Our camper sleeps 6 comfortably between the queen bed, double over double bunks, fold out couch, and dinette conversion, though depending on the age of your kids you could sleep up to 10.

This camper has been outfitted with nearly every extra we could get our hands on and they are all available for you to use, please see below for a full list. Our goal is for you to have a great time whether it rains or shines on your outing!

Due to the size and weight of this travel trailer, it is not half-ton towable. You will need at minimum a large SUV (suburban, expedition) or 3/4 ton truck with trailer brake controller and 7 way plug and receiver hitch. We will supply the weight distribution hitch itself.

I will go over everything with you so that you have a working knowledge of the trailer, and I will be available by phone to answer any questions that you may have on your journey.

**DELIVERY**
I will happily deliver within 100 miles for an additional fee, though delivery and pickup times will be after 6pm on week days. During the weekends I am generally flexible. What this means is if you are wanting to start camping on a Friday morning and need it delivered, you will need to begin your rental on Thursday to allow me to deliver it in time for you.

If you choose to have the camper delivered, I will set up the camper and empty the tanks for no additional cost!

Please be mindful also of rv park checkout times. If checkout is before my available pickup times, you will need to rent the site for an additional day. At state parks this does not amount to much extra.

A good rule of thumb is if you work with me, I will work with you!

Recommendations
We highly reccomend any of the local state parks for weekend getaways. You don't have to go far to have a great time and see nature!


Other things to note
We do not allow our guests to take the camper on the beach, though beach-front rv parks are fine.

Absolutely no smoking in this travel trailer

Pets will be considered on an individual basis, just ask.

If we find evidence that you have broken any of these rules, you will be subject to loss of deposit as well as a cleaning fee of up to $200.

Please treat this travel trailer with respect. Return it in the same condition and state of cleanliness as you received it or you will be subject of a cleaning fee up to $200.

Please keep in mind that We are not perfect, you are not perfect, and travel trailers themselves are not perfect. Accidents happen, things break, stuff happens. We promise to work with you to remedy any situation that may arise as long as you promise to be up front with me.
