We understand that not everyone has the ability or desire to tow a travel trailer. That doesnt mean you have to miss the experience of staying in one. We are happy to deliver within a 150 mile radius of McKinney, TX. If we deliver, we will set up and take down for you. We will need the booking confirmation for your camp site so that we can enter the park and get set up. If you will be towing, there will be a walk-through prior to your departure with instructions on how everything works. You dont have to write it all down. We made a step-by-step how to guide for you to take with you to include an OOPS! section for those unexpected moments.

You bring the food, we will handle the rest. We dont want you to have to worry about getting nickled and dimed for what we consider to be necessities. The rate includes camp chairs, a 6ft. folding table, table cloth, skewers, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups, coffee pot (for k-cups or drip coffee), Crock-Pot, toaster, pots and pans, muffin tin, cookie sheet, cutting boards, zip lock bags, plastic wrap, foil, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, feminine hygiene disposal bags, towels, wash cloths, linen, pillows, first aid kit, family friendly indoor games, and rain ponchos because you never need them until you do.

There is a built-in AM/FM radio that is Bluetooth capable and has the option to be played on the outdoor speaker. A 24 smart TV is in the main area as well as a Blu-Ray/DVD player. There are electric outlets on each side of the queen bed.

Underneath, are all of the things needed to travel and set-up, including rubber gloves, paper towels, and hand sanitizer.
