Cozy little camper comes with just about everything you would need to start your camping trip. Lightweight and easy to tow- dry weight 2590lbs. The electric jack makes for effortless lifting, hitching and leveling. 18' long makes it easy to fit in just about any camping spot. Very easy to set up and use. Includes all hoses for sewer, water, and cable TV hook up. Any many extras like USB ports, Electric awning, wine holder in fridge, tank/battery meters

SLEEPS: 4 adults. Upgraded table to a traditional full size mattress and a set of twin bunk beds. Includes pillows, sheets, blankets, & towels. No indoor table but includes a small foldable outdoor table, and a larger outdoor table if needed. If the full bed is not needed. We can remove it so that you may use the table.

AMENITIES: Smart TV with live channels, electric fridge/freezer with wine holder, microwave, 2 burner propane stove, hot water heater, k-cup/regular coffee maker, outdoor butane stove, single electric burner, propane heating furnace, electric heater, cold roof A/C

INCLUDED: linens, dishes, kettle, basic utensils, 4 chairs, 10x10 canopy extension cord, 30 amp adapter, and cleaning supplies

You will need to supply your own- paper products, firewood, charcoal, small butane bottles for outdoor stove.

DELIVERY: Delivery and setup with flexible schedule
Delivery is not allowed in the National Park. Ex. Elkmont, Cades Cove, Smokemont

TOWING: 7- way connector, 2-5/16 ball, Trailer weighs 2590lbs, Hitch 330lbs, GVWR 3380lbs, has new tires, electric jack

OFF GRID CAMPING (No electric or water connection available at the campsite) : A generator is required to keep the battery charged. If you do not have one you can rent one of ours. The camper has a generator rack available (must ask for availability). Fresh water tank- 30gal, gray water tank -36gal, black tank- 36gal. The fridge is electric. The stove and furnace are propane.

Portable Waste Tank for rent- Easily empty waste tanks into the portable tank when full and tow behind your car to the dump station without having to tow the camper.
