RV has tv, microwave, range, refrigerator, hot/cold water, shower and bathroom. Bunk beds for the kids & a queen size bed. The dinette also fold into a bed. Comes fully stocked with pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware and coffee maker. This RV has air conditioning and heat only requires 30amp service. Bedding, and towels are included just bring your pillows! Pets permitted upon approval.

*Unit requires 2 &5/16th size towing ball. We have one available to borrow that fits standard class III hitch. Electric brakes as per state law on the camper and brake controller needed to remain compliant. Brake Controller available for rent if needed. 7 way standard plug is the electric connection.*
