Prep Fee - Includes Complete Mechanical Inspection, Amenities, Disinfecting, Tank Treatment, and Exterior Cleaning
Bed sheets, pillows, comforters, pot, pan, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, cups, and kitchen tools are included. Includes laundering, basic cleaning and sanitizing. Extra charges may be applied for mud, sand, trash, odors, and pet hair removal.

We are a 20 minute drive from the airport.

January - $99/night with 3 night minimum
Februarty - $159/night with 3 night minimum
Spring Break - $239/night with 5 night minimum
May 1- May 15 - $159/night with 3 night minimum
EDC Oct 1-5 - $750/niight with 5 night minimum
May 21 - Aug 22 - $239/night with 4 night minimum
Burning Man Aug 23 - Sept 3 - $700/night with 10 night minimum & $1000 cleaning fee
Sept 4 - November 30 - $200/night with 3 night minimum
