Our RV comes with:

- Pots, pans and cooking utensils
- Sheets for all beds. Note: Blankets, pillows and towels can be added through Add-ons
- Sound System with exterior speakers
- Antenna for TV reception.
- Convection Microwave and 2 gas burner cooktop.
- Ample storage
- Exterior LED lighting

Check out the add-on section for games and trip/camp supplies (tables, chairs, etc.) that can be added to the rental.

Notes, Clarifications and Rules:
Festivals: Were glad to rent to those who are attending festivals such as Coachella, Stage Coach, etc.; however, we do NOT allow Burning Man, due to the extreme damage that the Black Rock City Playa Dust causes to the coach. Festival goers will be considered on a case by case basis. Please expect additional vetting questions and potentially additional fees, if you are renting during this time of year. Please be advised that the RV has GPS and we will ultimately know where you are going, so please be upfront and honest.

Delivery/Set-Up: We are open to considering delivery and set up for an additional fee. Depending on availability. Please inquire for more info.

Pets: We do allow pets (1 dog per rental) if you are bringing a dog there will be an additional $15 per day fee. **Note: all dogs must be crated while left inside alone**

Smoking: There is absolutely *NO Smoking* allowed in the RV. If it is found that there has been smoking inside the RV a $300-$500 fee could be held from your security deposit.

Check In/Check Out: Pick up is at 3pm and Drop off is 10am. These times can be flexible, depending on the bookings before and after your rental. A late fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each hour the RV is returned after the scheduled drop off time. If the RV is returned more than 4 hours late you will be Charged a late fee of $200 + an additional nights rental.

Emergency windows are located at the dinette window and the rear window of motorhome. Ensure entry door is locked when RV is in motion

No renter, family member, person or animal shall climb rear ladder or access rooftop at any time during the duration of the rental

NO PETS LEFT UNATTENDED IN RV!
Pets need to be crated if left inside the RV alone. Please do not allow pets on beds or furniture.

The following are not allowed; insurance will be voided:
Driving into Mexico
Driving into Death Valley between June-September due to extreme high temperatures.
Towing ANYTHING behind the RV; DO NOT attach anything to the hitch other than an approved bike rack
Unit is NOT authorized to go to Burning Man Festival in Black Rock City, Nevada
