This travel trailer can easily be pulled with a SUV . We haul it with an Acadia with ease.

Outside RV has retractable awning.

Upon entering queen bed is to the right. (Under bed is plenty of storage for your chairs, etc). Bed is furnished with sheet and comforter, 2 pillows. Plenty of storage on right side above bed with additional shelving and cubes added. There is a Smart TV to the left of door which has extended swivel to adjust according for best viewing angle. TV needs to have either a cable connection (cable provided) or WIFI for smart tv functions.
Moving to the left, there is table that converts to a little single bed. Some storage below the seats of the table area.
Next to the table is a set of bunks.
Total sleep capacity is 4-5. Comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 3 kids/teenagers. Depending on age and flexibility of adults, bunks may be suitable making it an OK fit for 4 adults.
In center of RV towards back is the bathroom which has toilet and shower.
As you enter the RV looking to the left, there is sink, 2 gas burners, refrigerator (with a freezer section) and ceiling to floor cabinet for clothes, towels, etc.
Has radio with inside and outside speakers.

Am very flexible on pickup and drop off time, so please ask and will do our best (within reason) to try to accommodate your needs.


Additional Fees:

Must have a weight distribution hitch and sway bars. You will required to use our hitch if you only have a ball hitch. $25 one time fee. Please ask if unsure of your hitch type.

Complete forfeit of deposit if there is any evidence of ANY of the following:
*There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside the RV. This includes vaping. Please smoke and vape OUTDOORS
*NO PETS inside the RV

There are a lot of extra items that are included in this package deal for you to use. Any of these items which are taken from the RV can be deducted from the security deposit. Any items which are missing upon return which is not limited to but would include even the small things (cube storage bins, TV remote, flashlight, pots, etc) will be deducted if missing.
