This Trailer has a Dry Weight of around 6,079 lbs with a maximum Payload Capacity of 1,867 lbs for a total maximum weight of 7,946 lbs and is 36ft long. Please do your research if you plan on towing it. I may be able to deliver and setup for an extra fee. Please contact me before booking for availability and a quote.

We want you to enjoy this unit as much as we do and expect that you and your guests will be respectful while renting. We want you to feel confident that we have provided good maintenance of the RV and will provide the necessary education & support so that you can enjoy your time away. RV should be returned clean with empty holding tanks.

What's included
Comes stocked with many basics such as pots & pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, cups, small coffee pot, toaster, sheets & mattress protector for main bed, sheets for bunks and fold out couch, **NO Pillows OR Blankets Included due to difficulty in sanitizing**

Includes all items for towing: weight distribution hitch system, sway bars, tire blocks, and leveling blocks. Also comes with items for full hookup such as fresh water hose, electrical cables, sewer hoses, and coaxial cable.

Many additional camping items such as generator, gas flat top griddle, second larger gas grill, coolers, folding table, 12X10 Screened Canopy, folding chairs and many other items are available for extra fee to save you from having to purchase.


Recommendations
Our family has used this camper during all seasons! The AC keeps you comfortable during the hot summer days and the propane furnace allows for colder weather camping as well! We thoroughly clean & sanitize the unit before & after every rental to keep your family safe!


Other things to note
RV should be returned clean with empty holding tanks. This camper is a non smoking unit. There is a $1500 charge if there is any evidence of smoking in the unit. Not Emptying Holding Tanks at end of your trip will result in a $100 charge. Please be advised that while we dont normally allow pets, we do have 2 dogs that occasionally camp with us. Unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before & after every use.
