Stationary 5th Wheel Toyhauler now retired to a permanent spot in God's Country. If you like hiking, biking, white water rafting, jeeping, sight seeing in the beautiful mountains, fly fishing or just hanging out in beautiful, quiet mountains, this is your place.
Tellico Plains is the Gateway to the Cherokee National Forest - about an hour to the casino in Murphy NC, Dollywood, Cades Cove, or Gatlinburg. (Covered parking may be available for motorcycle guests).

Harley riders, we are at the bottom of the Cherohala literally 2 minutes from downtown Tellico Plains (new Harley shop going in 1 minute away), Dragon's tail is just over an hour. Make it a full day's ride & do the Cherohala Dragon's Tail loop, then return to Tellico for a great meal at the local restaurants or retire to your private quarters on a hill at the end of a dead end road & watch the sunset going over Bald River Falls of the Tellico Plains Mountains.

Car clubs congregate, white water rafters just a hop skip and a jump thru infamous Coker Creek to the Ocoee River Rafting area. Conasauga Falls for hiking is just minutes away. Bald River Falls is 15 minutes up the road. Off road with your jeeps in the many unpaved trails.
The RV is a toyhauler that used to provide our full time living while travel nursing & housed our 2012 Road King. Since we purchased our forever home in God's Country, the RV is no longer being towed & has now retired on a full hook up spot with water, electric & septic to provide an escape for others.

Furbabies will be considered on an individual basis, "toys" are not permitted in the toyhauler garage as it will accommodate 2 guests in addition to the 2 in the Queen Bedroom. Smoking is also not permitted in the rig, it will be done outside & disposed of safely and appropriately. The rig is fully self sustainable, except for food/drinks. Wifi available and a firestick should you need it. Outdoor frig, BBQ grill & music from within. Drop the tailgate & hang the screen for open air comfort, although there don't seem to be too many pests around here.

Although you are semi-secluded you will have some not so close neighbors but neighbors nonetheless, please be mindful of loud revving, & "parties" are not allowed, only 4 guests total are permitted.
