I like to do a 30 min orientation before handing over the keys, so please allow for that time on pickup day.

Drop Off Time is 5:00pm on return date. Unless arrangements have been made for a late return.

**Cleaning supplies are included - Please try and keep it as clean as you got it. (within Reason of course) Or There is a $100 cleaning fee. **

**Trailer is regularly maintained with Brakes, Tires & Axle Bearings**

**If you are towing, Renter must have a vehicle that meets proper weight requirements to properly tow this trailer and also must have a brake controller.**
**This trailer is 1/2 ton pick up towable. It has been towed with a Toyota Tundra, GMC Yukon & Ford150. (I will provide a weight distribution Hitch)**

**There is a Round Trip Delivery & Set up option** - $300-$500 (for shorter trips, please contact me to work on a new delivery price). This is a tremendous luxury and convenience for the renter, For myself it is back and fourth twice to your campsite with outrageous fuel expenses towing a heavy trailer, plus hours of my time driving to set up and take down your campsite. between $300- $500 plus $4 per mile after the 250 miles **(Roundtrip within 250 miles of 95648)**

**Please dump your waste and gray water tanks before bringing back, other wise you pay the $75 disposal fee**

***Dry Camping*** (Generators are needed)
You will need to fill the water tank and dump both gray tanks and black tank. ** There will be a $125 fee if you would like me to fill and dump the tanks for you**

**Generator Rental - (is Needed for Dry Camping only***) - $60 per day. You get two, 2K watt Yamaha generators that pair together it will come with a gas can. You fill with gas yourself.
