RV GUIDELINES - FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN COMPLETE OR PARTIAL FORFEIT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT

1. RV IS NOT ALLOWED TO GO OFFROADING AS THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE
2. RV IS NOT ALLOWED OUT OF THE COUNTRY
3. NO CLIMBING ON THE ROOF
4. ONLY USE THE SEPTIC SAFE TOILET PAPER THAT IS PROVIDED AT NO COST
5. DO NOT FLUSH PAPER TOWEL DOWN THE TOILET
6. DO NOT OPEN THE AWNING DURING STRONG WINDS OR WHILE AWAY FROM RV TO PREVENT POSSIBLE DAMAGE
7. ALL DOORS, CABINETS, DRAWERS, AND OVERHEAD VENTS SHOULD REMAIN CLOSED AND LOCKED WHILE DRIVING OR WHILE AWAY FROM RV TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE OR THEFT
8. RV SHOULD BE RETURNED IN THE CONDITION THAT IT WAS RENTED OR OPTIONAL FEES WILL APPLY (FULL GAS AND PROPANE TANKS, GRAY AND BLACK TANKS EMPTIED AND FLUSHED, AND ALL INVENTORY PROVIDED RETURNED TO ITS PROPER PLACE).
9. ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT
10. NO SMOKING (Any smoking in the motor home, will eliminate the entire security deposit.)


PETS are welcome with a $50 additional cleaning fee. (Sorry ~ NO CATS)
The security deposit is $1,500.00. All of which is refundable if the unit is returned in same condition. Our RV needs to be returned with the waste tanks emptied , propane and fuel full, and exterior clean, etc...
