We have 8 motorhomes, and 3 travel trailers...therefore, if one goes down, we have plenty to replace it with; this means we will not cancel your reservation the day prior and we will reply to your inquiry or messages in less than 1.0 hr (unless we are sleeping lol).

Great RV for a family with children and/or small adults that could sleep by the hallways bunks (twin on top, twin at the bottom); rear private room with walk-around bed, large entertainment center, two solid doors for privacy, and TV.

It has another RV Queen bed above front overhang; this sleeping area has a weight limit not to exceed 380.0 lbs.

Both jack-knife sofa and dinette become a single bed, I feel they wouldnt accommodate tall people.

It has the largest restroom in the industry with double doors and walk-in shower.

Large kitchen countertop for entertainment.

Kitchen comes equipped with basic cooking utensils, dishes, coffee pot, cookware, and more.

We can deliver, set up, and pick up at your favorite RV Resort. Sorry we are not an authorized concessionaire to provide services inside a State Beach, but we can bring it outside their facilities. All reservations in which we will be delivering, and the rig will not be moved at all, will receive a discounted deposit.

Equipped with a powerful SOLAR POWER SYSTEM WITH INVERTER ideal for off-grid locations. Avoid additional costs by accumulating excess generator hours use, avoid the 1.0 Gal of fuel per hour to run it, not have to deal with use restrictions at several locations, pollution, or having to hear the noise of the gen running.

Prep fee includes up to 3.0 Gal propane refill, sewer tanks pressure wash and treatment application, disinfect hard surface with commercial grade cleaning supplies.

Available areas to pick up and return the RV:

1. KOA 111 N. 2nd Avenue, Chula Vista CA 91910 (add early pick and late return for to pick up here as early as 8:00 AM and return it no later than 5:00 PM)
2. Crown Point Park, Pacific Beach CA (12:00 PM pick up and 2:00 PM return)
3. Across from U-Haul at 9434 Kearny Mesa Rd, San Diego, CA 92126 (1:30 PM pick up and 1:30 PM return)
4. Chase bank parking lot located at 2770 Via De La Valle, Del Mar CA 92014 (1:30 PM pick up, 1:30 PM return)

Towing is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, hitch receiver is locked.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. When booking with us, we have a mandatory non-refundable $500.0 deposit.
2. We offer free reschedule for equal value upon availability
3. By renting from us RV Camping Rental, you will strictly adhere to our Rental Agreement, terms of service, and cancellation policy. All documents will be emailed to you.
4. Late pick up/arrival or return is $129.00 per hour after the agreed time. Please do not be late and respect our time the same way we will respect yours.
5. If you are bringing a dog, you must pay the Dog Hair Removal cleaning fee.
6. We are not authorized to deliver to Silverstrand, San Elijo and S, Carlsbad State Beaches.
