Kitchen is furnished with a 3-burner stove, oven, double-bowl sink, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, freezer, and plenty of storage.

Slideout creates a spacious bedroom, including a queen-size bed with a plush mattress and memory foam topper that'll have you feeling like you're sleeping on a cloud. Walk-in closet off the bedroom allows for both extra storage space and can be used as a changing room. Extra wide bunk bed over the cab area offers sleeping accommodations for two more travelers.

Living area contains a sitting area with two recliners, a comfy non-reclining chair, a TV, and a fireplace. The HDTV swivels so you can watch it in the living room or in the bedroom. And, the wall containing the TV and fireplace is retractable, so when those are not in use, you can enlarge the living area by retracting the wall!

The bathroom has a porcelain toilet, a sink, and a roomy shower. A 6-gallon water heater provides plenty of hot water for showers and doing dishes. Thermostatically controlled A/C and heat.

Entertainment system includes DVD player, radio, and Bluetooth. Electrically operated awning. Want to watch the game or chill out to your favorite music while you soak up some nature? No problem, thanks to the exterior TV and sound system. Three camping chairs provided. Small propane BBQ grill provided (renter must provide propane canister).

Sheets and pillow cases are provided for both beds (for a small fee to cover costs of laundering) or renters may provide their own. Gel foam pillows and a comforter are provided for the queen bed, Pillows and a blanket can also be provided for the bunk bed by request. Pots, pans, all cooking utensils, silverware, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dish cloths/sponges and dish towels are also provided. Renters should plan to bring their own bath linens; however, if requested in advance, the owner can supply bath towels, if you wish. Our minimum rental is three days, but we would be willing to consider shorter rentals at a slightly higher rate. Small, fully house-trained, pets will be considered on a case by case basis. As a result, although we thoroughly clean our RV between each and every rental, if you have severe pet allergies, our RV may not be for you.
