Charlene is our family RV and is stocked with everything you need for your vacation. All you need is clothes, food, and toiletries!

This 2016 Thor Chateau 31L has a roomy living room slide out - you'll never feel cramped or on top of each other. It is easy to drive - I am 5ft nothing, and I have no problems, especially since she has a backup camera and side cameras.

Charlene can sleep up to 6 adults and 2 kids (but she only has seatbelts for 7):
- The bedroom has a thick pillow-top queen bed (no wimpy RV mattress here!)
- The sofa-sleeper couch folds out to a queen-size air mattress
- The bunk over the cab is an extra-long queen bed
- The dinette transforms into a short full-size bed for 2 children or 1 small adult

Charlene comes stocked with all the essentials:
- Linens, blankets, and pillows for all beds
- Towels, hand towels, washcloths, and toilet paper
- Dishes, glasses, and silverware (also paper plates and plastic silverware)
- Cookware, cooking utensils, and accessories
- Dish towels, dish soap, sponges, paper towels, and napkins
- Coffee maker, liners, coffee
- Rice cooker/Veggie steamer
- Camp chairs and outdoor table
- DVDs, board games, and decks of cards

Also, to make the math easier, there is
- NO prep and sanitation fee
- NO setup fee
- NO dump fee
- NO propane fee
- NO cleaning fee (BUT SEE **CLEANING NOTE!!)

**CLEANING: We don't expect Charlene to return spotless, but we do expect renters to be respectful and courteous, which includes cleaning dirty dishes and cookware, wiping down surfaces, taking out the trash, and sweeping the floor. Cleaning supplies are provided in the RV. For any excessive cleaning that is needed at the time of return, there will be a CLEANING FEE of $150 deducted from the damage deposit.

FESTIVALS/SPORTS EVENTS: We will consider renting for festivals and sporting events on a per-trip basis. We will NOT consider rentals to Burning Man. Please be honest about going to festivals!

DISCOUNT: 10% discount is available for all active and retired Military, Public Safety, and Teachers. You must request the discount and provide proof at the time of the reservation request. A minimum 4-day reservation is required for a discount.
