Beds
Master bedroom - King bed
Back bedroom - bunk above a jackknife sofa which makes about a full and a large twin above a closet/TV area
There are additional beds, basically for kids only, with the sofa and dinette that fold into beds.

1.5 Bathrooms
There is a full bath and a half bath!! The half bath has access from inside the trailer AND outside the trailer, so no waiting in line of the bathroom!
The master bath has a stand-up shower with cabinets above and below the sink
1 hand towels and a bathmat are included
RV toilet paper is included. (Please only use RV paper towel helps to prevent clogging).

Kitchen
Love to cook? This RV includes an impressive kitchen with an island!!
3-burner gas stove and an oven
Double sink with a cover for extra counter space when needed.
Full-size microwave and a RV refrigerator/freezer
This kitchen is supplied with a lot. Just to name a few items: silverware, coffee pot, pot and pan set, cooking utensils, baking pan, cutting board

The couch and dinette offer comfortable seating for eating and entertaining. And if that wasnt enough, there is an outside kitchen that has a stove, sink, and fridge so you dont even need to go into the trailer if you dont want!!

Towing
This unit does weigh 8,339 lbs (plus supplies) and is 38 ft long. So, can you tow it? Some of your newer half ton pickup truck will tow it, but watch the tongue weight. Most likely you will need ton pickup or bigger for this one. If you cannot tow it or would prefer not to, we do offer delivery. Reach out and we can talk about the details.

Pets
This unit is dog friendly. We ask that you let us know ahead of time and there is a pet fee.

Insurance
There are 3 insurance packages that is offered. As renter you can choose the level of insurance. If you are not seeing 3 options, please reach and let us know.
