This is a well-maintained family RV - large enough to accommodate a family of four or five yet compact enough to allow a comfortable and stress-free driving experience. It has a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed, split bathroom and shower, and a well-equipped kitchen that includes a sink, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a toaster. There is a large passthrough storage compartment in the back of the RV and a smaller storage compartment underneath.

Our RV is well-stocked and comes with 2 camping chairs, pots and pans, a coffee maker & toaster, dishes, utensils, sheets (on the queen bed), blankets, towels, kitchen towels, paper towels, and anything else you might need in the kitchen. She's all ready to go on an adventure!

We live in beautiful South Florida! America's playground! We are about 3 1/2 hours from Disney World and Tampa and drive south for about 1 1/2 hours and you enter a different world... The Florida Keys!

Pets are welcome in our RV for an additional fee ($50 per stay; no more than two pets please). Air purification and flea treatment is conducted after each stay with pets to keep our RV user friendly and comfortable for pet and as well as non-pet lovers.

We are super flexible with pickup & dropoff times but require the RV to be returned no later than 4PM on the day it is due back. If after 4PM, there will be a $100 late fee. If the RV is returned after 6PM, there will be a charge assessed for an additional night.

The RV must be returned with the black & grey tanks emptied. ($200 fee if owner has to provide this service).

The RV must be returned with a full tank of gas as when it went out. ($100 fee plus cost of gas if owner has to fill up the gas tank)

The RV is thoroughly cleaned after each use/rental (carpets vacuumed, all surfaces disinfected, floors washed, all linens washed, etc.) There is a $50 cleaning fee assessed to each rental.

The RV must be returned in relatively clean condition. There will be a $250 cleaning fee if the RV is returned excessively dirty (carpet stains from pet messes, spills in refrigerator/stove, marks on furniture or walls, etc.)
