Homestead Stationary Rental here on our Residential property.
The Rv is parked on pavers to the left side of the house, in the shared backyard. The beautiful paved driveway starts at the front of the house and runs about 100' back to the house and is gated. It has proper electrical hook ups and hard sewer connections. Dogs, chickens and kids do live on the property. The trailer is parked in the backyard and is a communal space, but no worries, we will respect your privacy. WiFi is available to you. You will have the ability to park in the driveway. Pets will NOT be allowed for Stationary rentals due to the animals we already have on the property. Washer and dryer access, bike rental are options to add on.

Our Travel Trailer is parked in the Heart of Katy, Texas with many attractions nearby. Katy Mills Mall, Typhoon Texas, Cypress Outlet Mall, multiple parks and running tracks, Restaurants galore, La Centerra, and SO SO SO much more.

All linens and pillows are ALWAYS included. Please let me know if you choose to bring your own and I will strip the beds. AC, stove, fridge, microwave, couch (folds out into bed), bathroom with shower, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, smart tv, radio, wifi available (if parked on our property), propane tanks, 4 bunk beds in the back and a case of water.

There are other items I keep on hand in the RV in the case you forgot something at home. There are toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, ponytails, Q tips, contact solution and case, body wash, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, antacid, hydrogen peroxide and more.
We have a few games, crosswords, sudoku and whatnot under the tv. There is a DVD player and a few DVDs. Feel free to use these items, just please leave them in the RV.

ALWAYS Smoke Free. MOSTLY Pet Free. We do allow dogs on a case by case basis. (extra fee applied)

Quiet hours 10pm to 7am when staying on our property
No smoking in the RV
Treat our family camper with care. No rough housing in the camper. There are a lot of bugs in Texas, we don't want them in the camper.
