Beautiful and spacious 32 ft. bumper pull travel trailer with 1 slide out. Perfect for families and kids. Rv is in great shape, clean on the inside and out.

It has everything you need. Our idea is to offer exceptional standards to make your camping trip easy peasy. We also offer quite a few add ons so you can pack light and to ease the stress.

All linens and pillows are ALWAYS included. Please let me know if you choose to bring your own and I will strip the beds. AC, stove, fridge, microwave, couch (folds out into bed), bathroom with shower, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, smart tv, radio, wifi available (if parked on our property), propane tanks, 4 bunk beds in the back and a case of water.

We have a few games, crosswords, sudoku and whatnot under the tv. There is a DVD player and a few DVDs. Feel free to use these items, just please leave them in the RV.

We do offer deliver and set up to only 2 locations for an extra fee. Jellystone in Waller and Summer Breeze in Brookshire.
