Aspect Deluxe is sitting at the top of Florida within just a few hours of Disney World or Universal! It has EVERY factory option you could want and then we kept adding to them.

This is sooo easy to drive that my 16 year old Grand Daughter with a learners permit and my supervision was driving it around Millinocket, Maine with a big SMILE on her face!

It sleeps 2 comfortably in master 10" memory foam queen bed and can adjust to one or two kids on twin dinette, or one short adult/child on the 61" by 23" sofa. Room for a couple more ADULTS (50" between the sofa and dinette slides on the floor) PROVIDED Tri-Fold Folding Mattresses (w/Storage & Carry Cases) - Floor Mats .

The RV has everything needed for a great trip (see below). We suggest you get the complete insurance package coverage's ( Roadside Assistance, Comprehensive, Trip Insurance, and Damage Protection for inside RV.) for "vacation peace of mind".

This RV gets 12.5 MPG at 60 MPH (limit speed to a max of 65 MPH please) and 2200 RPM with the V10 engine and AC on. There is an onboard, inside starting 4k Onan Gas Generator which allows you to stop and run EVERYTHING anywhere you wish (just keep the gas tank over half way full or gen set shuts down at quarter tank)! All supplies are new in 2018 and items are listed with their location inside the RV. These include everything from linen to family DVDs. The bedroom mattress is a 10" queen size memory foam with a new padded mattress cover. No plastic or paper dinnerware, nothing but quality!

If you are bringing a NONE SHEDDING SMALL GOOD dog, you MUST contact us for approval before rental or automatically lose security deposit. Family member has Asthma .

If you are interested in buying this RV, we can help you by refunding your rental fee back as down-payment on the RV. We also take "trades"?! Maybe even provide up to 10% down payment to assist with loan?! Purchase under $500 a month, then let us rent it for you so you can make money and use it when ever you reserve it!?

Your RV trip is coming up, and we have compiled a list of items included in your rental.

Standard set-up includes
* Sewer hose, hook-ups and gloves
* Potable water hose
* Connected RV 30-amp Electrical cord with 50-amp adaptor (never use a 20-amp adapter)
* 3 TVs with DVD players with remotes (living room, bedroom and outside entertainment center) box with family DVD's to watch INCLUDING: RV with Robin Williams. This is a must see if in a RV!
* Dash Radio/CD/ player and also in outside entertainment center
* Dish drainer, soap, scrubber pads
* Cutting board (cabinet above sofa)
* Whisk broom and dust pan, portable vacuum.
Grease disposal bags (do not dump grease down the drain)
* Pots and pans, covers & splatter screen
Mixing bowls, covers & measuring cups, etc
Coffee press and tea pot
* Bath towels / wash cloths /kitchen bar mops (towels), handi-wipes
Hot plate mats/oven mitts, etc (do not place hot pots/dishes on table or counters)
* RV safe Toilet Paper (any other can clog system resulting in damage and fees)
* Dinnerware, hot mugs, cups, flatware, etc.
* Bed Linen, pillows, towels, etc. (no beach towels, ours are for bath/shower only)
* Trash bins and bags
* Floor mats in cab, under table & door entrance

We do " require" a loose itinerary and names in our home on wheels just in case of a emergency. Rear hitch is "unavailable" due to insurance regulations NOT covering any towed vehicles. Exception if you bring a "good" bike rack that will not scratch the RV.

RV NOT to be driven off paved roads unless entering a camp ground or forfeit security deposit!
Remember this is 32' long, 12' high and 10' wide with low ground clearance, designed for highway use and has a $5k custom paint job.
