Only seatbelts for two. I cannot rent to you if you will have more than two people in the RV while driving.
I have a parking area at my property if you want to leave your vehicle during the rental.
Sleeps 2 in a queen sized bed but it works better with King sized sheets as one end is wider than a queen.
Full bath with toilet and shower. Shower works however it is small and not easy to use. Most who rent use the showers at RV Parks instead.
The RV has a generator however it is LP and not efficient or reliable and is very loud. Due to the reliability issues generator has been disabled.
In order to have full electric and use of outlets in living area and use roof mounted AC you will need to be hooked up to power at a campsite. Requires a 30 amp hookup.
Pump works without external power allowing for sink and toilet to work at all times.
I regularly get 18-20 miles per gallon in this RV. It is diesel so a bit more expensive at the pump but well worth it given the MPG and power this RV has to make good time on the road and up mountains.
I call it the stealth RV as many don't know if it is an RV or not. This works out well in parking lots where security have been known to try to move RVs along.
Not very interested in long-haul travel rentals. If you are traveling more than around 1500 miles in a week I am unlikely to approve the rental. It just doesnt serve me well from past experience due to the wear and tear that kind of travel brings. I generally approve regional camping trips. If traveling for a couple of weeks and travel is longer that might work as long as under 200 miles per day.
