The RV is old and unreliable.
The host was called about a tire problem when I was in a town and their service manager told me to check the tire pressure and if they were good, to continue on my trip.
We got about 25 miles into the middle of nowhere when the tire finally blew out. I called the host and they said i couldn't drive to the next town and a service center, but to wait on the side of the road.
It took over 4 hours sitting on the side of the road to get the tire changed. If they had taken me seriously, i could have gone to a tire shop in town and at least not been stranded helpless on the roadway.
The host charged for excess generator time, some of which is the direct result of their giving me poor advice/service when i needed help.
The microwave oven doesn't work.
The roof leaks (it rained all weekend).
It is not RVnGo that is at fault here, but when you rent through RVnGo, you have no recourse to a poor host.
