Experience pulling something this large is a must when on roads with high speeds or tight turns. We will provide weight distribution bars to help vehicles with load transfer, however, certain vehicles may not be suitable for pulling. In this case, DELIVERY is your best option. A 7-Pin Vehicle Connection, Electric Brake Controller, Hitch, and 2-5/16 Ball rated for 10,000 LBS or more are a must for pulling something this heavy. THE RENTER MUST HAVE ALL. If this is an issue DELIVERY is available. ***

DELIVERY INFO:

*** Please keep in mind with current gas prices delivery fees may seem expensive but are necessary. Delivery prices are $200 for 0-30 Miles and $300 for 31-60 Miles. The system shows it is $6 per mile which if you do the math is more than $300 for 60 miles. I can manually adjust the price prior to you paying. That is miles using Google Maps from the 17202-zip code. This includes Delivery, Setup, Pickup, Teardown, and Sewage Disposal. You are responsible for everyday trash disposal; all campgrounds have dumpsters. All you must do is show up to camp and have a good time and head home. While this may seem expensive at first glance there are a lot of manhours and fuel involved in these processes. If you have owned a Camper before you know this is a tedious process. BASIC INFO:

You will be provided with basic kitchen utensils and need items to prepare food. Will also include any items needed to maintain the trailer I.E. Jacks and Wheel Chocks. Due to COVID, we ask that you provide your own linens for peace of mind. The trailer does not have a Generator so we do ask that you ensure your destination can accommodate the 33-foot length of the trailer as well as provide an electrical hookup with a minimum rating of 30 AMPS. The Awning currently is not available (Repair Parts are on backorder). Currently, I will provide a 10X10 Pop Canopy free of charge.
