RV Rental: 2018 Coachmen 248RB

Our Coachmen is roomy, comfortable, in spotless condition and ready for your next adventure! We like to provide our renters with a a ready to go experience. We have lots of experience renting out travel trailers and many great renter reviews - shown in photos from other rental platform!

Our trailer comes stocked with pots and pans, utensils, a 6 cubic ft fridge and freezer, a large TV, some board & card games, coloring books & crayons and a few movies are also available upon request. The bedroom includes a Westin Heavenly bed queen size mattress (*not a thin RV mattress!), lots of storage and 2 hanging closet space cabinets. Outdoor kitchen includes a mini fridge, sink and a 2 burner (bottled) propane stove, as well as a fully equipped interior kitchen. Trailer has an outdoor shower as well. Booth seating at kitchen table, in slide, so there is a roomy kitchen/dining/living room space.

Dining table and couch both unfold, for up to 4 additional sleeping spots. Outdoor kitchen provides easy/quick access & great option for allowing kids, guests &/or dogs to wash up with outdoor kitchen sink or shower.

This trailer is great for family trips or extra sleeping space for company at your own home. We will tow the trailer to your home or nearby destination for an additional fee, if you are unable to tow, or even if youre just not comfortable towing on your own; within approximately 50 miles of our storage location (in North Bend, WA). We will consider delivering further on a case by case basis, depending on our availability. Delivery charges apply.

Helpful questions to answer when you message me in order to expedite your booking:

* Will you be bringing pets? (And age of pets)

*Do you already have reservations for your campsite?
* Are there power/water hook ups at your destination?
* What type of vehicle will you be towing with?
* What is your vehicles payload AND towing capacity?
* Do you have an electric brake controller hooked up? (Required)
* How many years experience do you have towing trailers?

Please message us with questions BEFORE booking - you are assuming all responsibility for cancellation fees due to improper tow vehicle & equipment and any cancelations due to pets not receiving owner approval.

SAFETY & TOWING: The minimum tow capacity of any vehicle towing this trailer is 9,000 pounds. Your tow vehicle much have a minimum payload of 1500 pounds, but actual payload needs will be based on your total passenger and cargo weight - the loaded hitch weight of Frida is 866 pounds.

Trailer garbage cans will be empty, lined and ready to use, all water and septic tanks will be empty and the trailer will be spotless clean. If you bring it back the same way there is no charge; otherwise, fees will apply.

If you are a smoker, this is not the rental for you. Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside, or near the trailer. We want to keep it in pristine condition for many years to come, so our family and others may continue to enjoy using it.

We will provide a walk through of the trailer, answer all questions, show you how things operate and provide detailed written instructions for dumping tanks and operating appliances.

Dogs will be on a case by case basis. Only pre-approved pets may occupy the trailer. Dogs must be approved by owner before booking a reservation, or you will assume responsibility for any cancelation fees associated with a pet who is not approved. Up to 2 dogs allowed. Each dog adds an additional $250 to your security deposit. There is no pet fee.

If your tow vehicle height has been modified, it may or may not work with existing hitch. You would be responsible for any alternative hitch needed to tow safely.

We will provide walk through, operating instructions and safety & towing instructions when you pick up. No unpotty trained dogs - and no dogs allowed to be left unattended in RV at any time. No smoking, of any kind, at any time inside the RV. No festivals. Exterior length of trailer is 29. In order to secure the rental, it is required that all renters sign our supplemental renters agreement.
