The difference between a Class B and a Campervan is that Campervans are a custom-built and converted from a van that had another purpose - aka conversion van.This often involves taking a passenger van and removing seating or other items and then converting the space to a livable area. The features of these van are similar to a Class B, but the van and living space may be even smaller than the Class B and not have an inside shower or even a toilet.
